The Study group - a faith community concentrated on Jesus Christ, who in faith is seen as the True Master - is characterised by true brotherhood within the setting of apostolate, education and formation. 2. The Study group especially aims at the guiding of youth, in order to train them into personalities of high quality; believing, principles people of a good disposition. B. Mission 1. Creation of an atmosphere which contributes to faith development. 2. Proclamation of the Good Message in a prophetic sense. 3. Integration of Christian values into all educational work. 4. Fostering and developing a sense of open brotherhood towards everybody. 5. Stimulation of the students' development of personality which should be recognised and appreciated as such, and of an optimal development of their possibilities. 6. Cultivation of high values which are helpful to be able to attain the utmost ideal of life with regard to God, to themselves and their fellow men. A. VISI 1. Unit kerja merupakan komunitas iman yang berpusat pada Yesus Kristus yang diimani sebagai Guru Sejati dengan ditandai semangat persaudaraan sejati dalam rangka karya kerasulan pendidikan. 2. Unit kerja merupakan karya pendampingan kaum muda untuk berkembang menjadi seorang PRIBADI yagn berkualitas tinggi; beriman, berwatak, dan berbudi pekerti luhur. B. MISI 1. Menciptakan suasana kondosif bagi pengembangan iman. 2. Mewartakan Kabar Gembira dengan semangat kenabian. 3. Mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai kristiani dalam segala kegiatan pendidikan 4. Membangun dan mengembangkan semangat persaudaraan aygn terbuka bagi semua orang 5. Menjadikan siswa sebagai subyek pendidikan yang diakui dan dihargai sebagai pribadi mengembangkan semua potensi pribadi siswa seoptimal mungkin 6. Menanamkan nilai-nilai luhur yagn berguna bagi pencapaian tujuan akhir hidup dan pengembangan hubungan individu dengan Tuhan, individu dengan dirinya sendiri, dan individu dengan sesama. A. Visie 1.De Werkgemeenschap, een geloofsgemeenschap geconcentreerd op Jezus Christus, die gelovig gezien wordt als de Ware Meester, wordt gekenmerkt door echte broederschap in het kader van apostolaat, opvoeding en vorming. 2.De Werkgemeenschap richt zich bijzonder op begeleiding van de jeugd, teneinde hen te ontwikkelen tot persoonlijkheden van hoge kwaliteit; gelovig, karaktervol en met goede inborst. B. Missie 1. Een sfeer scheppen die bijdraagt aan geloofsontwikkeling. 2. De Blijde Boodschap verkondigen in profetische zin. 3. In alle opvoedingswerk de christelijke waarden integreren. 4. Open broederschap kweken ten opzichte van iedereen en deze tot ontplooiing brengen. 5. De persoonsvorming van studenten stimuleren, die als zodanig herkend en gewaardeerd zal worden, en tevens hun mogelijkheden optimaal tot ontwikkeling brengen. 6. Het aankweken van hoge waarden, die nuttig zijn om het uiterste levensideaal te kunnen bereiken in de persoonlijke verhouding tot God, tot zichzelf en ten opzichte van medemensen. Djio Atmodjo - Member Savio Gimo Nataprayoga - PC Representative SOME GENERAL INFORMATION: The work of this School Foundation covers more than 70 primary and secondary schools, in Java, Sumatra and Kalimantan. The number of students in all the YPL schools amounts at present about 26.000 and the number of personnel (teachers and supporting staff) is more than 2.000. Of all the schools only 11 have a balanced budget, the rest has to be assisted financially. This assistance amounts tp more than US$ 2,000,000.- in 2001. Most YPL schools and other institutions are headed by 'lay' persons (=non-religious). In a number of cases a Brothers FIC is assistant headmaster or involved in catechetical, pastoral or counselling work in behalf of the school. In the Survey only those schools and other institutions are mentioned in which Brothers FIC are directly involved. |
