In Chile our brothers live in 4 communities, based in Santiago, Maipú and Talca (2). Our brothers are mainly involved in primary and professional education of poor and handicapped youth. They are directly involved in the institution in Santiago and the two in Talca. The Centre in Buin (for mentally handicapped children), is closely collaborating with the ones in Santiago and Talca. Next to this 'institutional' work our brothers are involved, among others, in pastoral work, community building and cultural work. |
