Dear Respected Colleagues,

As we approach the festive holiday season, I find myself contemplating the remarkable journey we have embarked on as a team. On this occasion of Christmas gathering, I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the extraordinary spirit of cooperation, commitment, and mutual respect that characterizes our collective endeavors. Together, we have not only achieved significant professional milestones, but we have also nurtured a sense of unity, solidarity, and friendship.  It is this ethos that distinguishes us and transforms our workplaces: "Team FIC" and "FIC PBS Team” into more than just a job; more than working colleagues but a growing family. Our journey together has been truly exceptional. We have forged deep bonds as brothers and sisters and co-created an environment full of genuine affection, dedication, and profound reverence for the inherent dignity of each member of our teams.

As we reflect upon our shared accomplishments for this year, let us also take a moment to acknowledge the unwavering commitment and dedication that each one of us brings to the table. Our hard work, creativity, and enthusiasm have played a pivotal role in our collective success. The unique blend of talents and perspectives contributed by each team member has moved us forward and enabled us to overcome challenges together.

Behind every devoted professional, there exists a network of support; and I would like to extend my gratitude to the families who stand beside us. Their encouragement and understanding have been instrumental in our individual and collective achievements. We recognize the sacrifices and support that our families provide, enabling us to contribute our best to our shared objectives. Please convey my heartfelt appreciation to them for being an integral part of our extended work family.

Dear friends, Christmas is indeed a time of celebration, affection, and self-examination. It is an occasion to recognize the blessings that surround us, and foremost among them is the remarkable team we have become. May the Christmas spirit fill our hearts with appreciation for the boundless grace of mercy, love, wisdom, and protection that God has generously bestowed upon each of us and our families. Let us place our trust in the words of God conveyed to us by the prophet Jeremiah, who declared, "For I know the plans I have for you," says the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future" (Jer. 29:1).

As we bid farewell to the current year (2023) and welcome the new one (2024), I extend my heartfelt wishes for the most divine blessings of Christ to be with you and your loved ones. May the serenity and happiness of Christmas serve as a wellspring of inspiration as we embark on the possibilities of the upcoming year. Let us embrace hope in the coming year with the same inner disposition as Martin Luther, the German monk, theologian, and "reformer," who once said, "If I believed the world would end tomorrow, I would still plant an apple tree today." May you discover renewed vigor, fresh opportunities, and safeguarding of divine grace in all your endeavors. I express my gratitude to each one of you for being an indispensable part of our team. May the approaching year be one of continuous growth, success, good health, happiness, and fulfillment for each and every one of you.
