 CAPITULO PROVINCIAL FIC CHILE 2006 Crónica de la primera Sesión Capitular En oración El Capítulo Provincial 2006 sesionó por primera vez en la tarde del 24 de febrero de 2006 en la casa de Buin. Estaban presentes los hermanos capitulares: Theo Vink, Pablo Vervoort, Javier Solís, Diego Izquierdo, Lucio Torres, Luis Muñoz, Marcelo Sandoval, Eko Wijayanto. Faltaba el hermano Patricio Guentelican, ausente por enfermedad de su madre Eulalia aquejada de un tumor intestinal canceroso todavía en proceso preoperatorio. El presidente del capítulo, Hno Theo, declaró abierto el Capítulo Provincial durante la oración inicial. El hermano Marcelo animó la oración titulada “Pasión por Cristo, Pasión por la humanidad”, lema del Capítulo escogido del Congreso internacional de la Vida Consagrada. Organización Los hermanos capitulares confirmamos como moderadora del capítulo a la hermana Marilin Donovan, sister of Maryknoll. Como secretarios actuaron los hermanos Luis y Diego, encargados de redactar las actas y de enviar la crónica del capítulo a toda la provincia y al Fic-Café. Como escrutadores en las votaciones se encargarán los hermanos capitulares más jóvenes, los hermanos Eko y Patricio. En la primera sesión Javier reemplazó a Patricio. En la comisión de agenda actuaron Theo, Lucio, Marcelo y Marilin Entrando en capítulo Los hermanos capitulares queremos un capítulo que nos anime y refuerce. Deseamos que en nuestras conversaciones se manifieste la fraternidad pidiendo que “la lengua no sea más rápida que el pensamiento”, una frase que nos gustó acuñar. Queremos clarificar nuestra presencia en Chile, que seamos capaces de tomar decisiones concretas para que el nuevo Consejo Provincial pueda actuar y llevar adelante el mandato capitular. Queremos llegar a una visión común de provincia con las posibilidades que ofrece actuar desde la confianza y fe necesarias para desempeñar nuestra misión. El capítulo, como mayor autoridad de la Provincia tiene la posibilidad de mejorarla en su desarrollo. Deseamos que poder realizar la pasión por Cristo en la pasión por la humanidad. Afirmar otra vez eso que nos agarra y nos hace ser hermano y a la vez uno mismo. Una vez más trataremos de responder a esta pregunta: ¿Por qué creemos que esta congregación tiene una misión que cumplir? Mirando los contenidos El sábado 25 de febrero dimos una primera mirada al contenido del capítulo. Invitamos al P. Eduardo Pérez Cotapos, ex-provincial de los Sagrados Corazones y hasta hace poco presidente de la Conferencia de Religiosos y Religiosas en Chile (CONFERRE). Le pedimos que nos presentara el contexto actual de la Vida Consagrada. Situaba la vida religiosa en la perspectiva de ser testigos viendo el carisma como una manera de enfrentar el evangelio. Presentó varios hechos y fenómenos que indican la búsqueda del sentido de la Vida religiosa hoy: la mística y la profecía, caminar desde Cristo, la pasión por cristo y por la humanidad, la necesidad de los jóvenes de fortalecer la vida comunitaria y de recuperar el encanto de la vida Consagrada. Dio una mirada a la creciente baja de las vocaciones, al modo de relacionarnos con los laicos, pasando por la dinámica de la internacionalidad y la necesidad de reestructuración o refundación de la vida religiosa. Sabiendo que las tareas que realizamos no definen un carisma, invitaba a encontrar el sentido de nuestra presencia religiosa en los lugares de misión. Después de un breve diálogo con el P. Eduardo nos adentramos en la búsqueda de un lenguaje común en torno a los temas: el patrimonio de la provincia, la espiritualidad, el apostolado y la nueva presencia, la promoción vocacional, la estructura de gobierno provincial y el financiamiento. Delegados al Capítulo General Teniendo en cuenta el perfil del hermano que puede representar a la provincia de Chile en el capítulo General, se realizaron dos sondeos previos antes de las votaciones de rigor. El domingo 26 de febrero fueron elegidos como delegados los hermanos Lucio Torres y Patricio Guentelican. Como reemplazante fue elegido el hermano Diego Izquierdo. Finalizando la primera sesión capitular El Capitulo Provincial trata propuestas que las constituciones obligan y otras propuestas que puede enviar cada uno de los hermanos de la provincia o grupo de hermanos. Aparte de las propuestas constitucionales todavía no han llegado otras propuestas. Las primeras propuestas serán tratadas en la segunda sesión capitular que tendrá lugar en Buin durante el sábado 29 y domingo 30 de Abril. Al finalizar la primera sesión, podemos dar gracias a Dios por haber vivido la experiencia de encaminar el capítulo, de sentir un ambiente fraterno. Deseamos que maduren los temas con los aportes de todos, capitulares y no capitulares, que la comisión de agenda pueda llevarnos a profundizar el capítulo y que podamos tomar buenas decisiones. Agradecemos a todos los hermanos que han preparado esta sesión y han contribuido a su buen desarrollo en los encuentros previos al capítulo y en la preparación de la casa de Buin. Hemos percibido que Marilin, nuestra moderadora, nos ha acompañado bien con desafíos y con buen humor, como hermana nuestra. Nos sentimos unidos en la oración a los hermanos que no están presentes en la sesión capitular y deseamos con insistencia seguir orando. Con alegría nos despedimos hasta abril, esperando que el Espíritu Creador siga actuando en nosotros y en los lugares donde vamos dando sentido a nuestra misión de ser hermanos apasionados por Cristo y por la vida humana. Talca, 8 de marzo de 2006  PROVINCIAL CHAPTER FIC CHILE 2006 (Summary of the chronicle of the first session) Opening and prayer The provincial chapter came together for the first time on February 24 in the house in Buin. The following chapter-members were present: Theo Vink, Pablo Vervoort, Javier Solís, Diego Izquierdo, Lucio Torres, Luís Muñoz, Marcelo Sandoval, Eko Wijayanto. Patricio Guentelican was absent because of the illness of his mother. Chairman br. Theo Vink opened the chapter with prayer. Br. Marcelo explained the prayer service called: “Passion for Christ, passion for humanity”, the motto of this chapter, chosen from the International Congress on religious life. Organisation The chapter-members appointed Maryknoll sister Marilin Donovan as the leader of the conversations. Brothers Luis and Diego were appointed as secretaries, responsible for taking the minutes and sending the chronicle to the province and the FIC Café. The youngest members, Eko and Patricio, will collect the votes. Javier replaced Patricio during the first session. Theo Vink, Lucio Torres and Marilin Donovan made the agenda Starting the chapter We brothers want a chapter that animates and encourages us. We want to clarify our presence in Chile and take concrete decisions, so the new provincial council can work and perform the decisions of the chapter. We would like to develop a common vision on the possibilities that occur when we act with trust and faith to realise our mission. The chapter, the highest authority in the province, can improve the province in its development. We hope to work with passion for Christ and humanity. We want to reaffirm what moves us, what makes us brothers and ourselves at the same time. Once more we want to give an answer to the question why we believe that this congregation has a mission to fulfil. Contemplating the content Saturday 25 February we looked upon the content of the chapter for the first time. We invited father Eduardo Pérez Cotapos, former provincial superior of the fathers of the Holy Hearts. Until recently he was chairman of the Conference of Religious in Chile (CONFERRE). We asked him to speak on the present context of religious life. He placed religious life in the perspective of being witnesses, in which the charisma is a way of answering the Gospel. We know that our works don’t define our charisma, so he invited us the find the meaning of our presence as religious in the places of our mission. After a short discussion with father Eduardo we looked into finding a common language about the themes: the heritage of the province, its spirituality, the apostolate and the new way of presence, the vocations, the structure of our administration and the finances. Representatives to the General Chapter Sunday 26 February we chose the brothers Luico Torrres and Patricio Guentelican as representatives. Diego Izquierdo will act as substitute. Ending the first chaptersession The provincial chapter will discuss the proposals conform the Constitutions and other proposals, which can be sent by any brother or group of brothers in the province. Until now there are no such proposals. The second session of the chapter will take place in Buin on Saturday 29 and Sunday 30 April. At the end of the first session we thanked the Lord, for we have the impression that He guided us on our way, in a brotherly atmosphere. We hope the themes will ripen with the contributions of all, chapter-members or not, that the agenda-commission will help us to deepen the themes and that we will take good decisions. Talca, March 6, 2006  PROVINCIAAL KAPITTEL FIC CHILI 2006 (Samenvatting van de kroniek van de eerste sessie) Opening en gebed Het Provinciaal kapittel kwam voor het eerst op 24 februari bijeen in het huis te Buin. De volgende kapittelleden waren aanwezig: Theo Vink, Pablo Vervoort, Javier Solís , Diego Izquierdo, Lucio Torres, Luís Muñoz, Marcelo Sandoval, Eko Wijayanto. Niet aanwezig was Patricio Guentelican, vanwege ziekte van zijn moeder. De voorzitter van het kapittel, br. Theo Vink verklaarde binnen een openingsgebed, het kapittel als geopend. Br. Marcelo motiveerde de gebedsbijeenkomst die getiteld was: “Passie voor Christus, passie voor de mensheid”, titel die het motto is van het kapittel, gekozen uit het International Congres over het God toegewijde leven. Organisatie De kapittelleden bevestigde zuster Marilin Donovan, Maryknoll sister, als gespreksleider. Als secretaris werden benoemd de broeders Luis en Diego, die verantwoordelijk zijn voor de notulering en voor het toezenden van de kroniek aan de hele provincie en aan het FIC Café. De stemopnemers in de stemmingen zijn de jongste kapittelleden, Eko en Patricio. Tijdens de eerste zitting verving Javier Patricio. De agendacommissie bestond uit Theo Vink, Lucio Torres en Marilin Donovan. Start van het kapittel Wij, de broeders kapittelleden, willen een kapittel dat ons animeert en versterkt. We willen onze aanwezigheid in Chili verhelderen, dat we in staat zullen zijn om concrete beslissingen te nemen opdat het nieuwe provinciaal bestuur kan handelen en de kapittelopdracht kan uitvoeren. We willen komen tot een gemeenschappelijke visie van de provincie met de mogelijkheden die geboden worden als we handelen in voldoende vertrouwen en geloof om onze zending te verwerkelijken. Het kapittel, als hoogste autoriteit van de provincie, heeft de mogelijkheid om deze te verbeteren in haar ontwikkeling. We hopen daarbij te werken met passie voor Christus en voor de mensheid. We willen opnieuw bevestigen wat ons aangrijpt en wat ons maakt tot broeder en tegelijkertijd wat ons onszelf doet zijn. Nog weer eens willen we proberen de vraag te beantwoorden: Waarom geloven wij dat deze congregatie een zending te vervullen heeft? Stilstaan bij de inhoud Zaterdag 25 februari hebben we een eerste blik geworpen op de inhoud van het kapittel. We hadden pater Eduardo Pérez Cotapos, oud provinciaal van de paters Heilige Harten uitgenodigd. Hij was tot voor kort voorzitter van de Conferentie van de religieuzen in Chili (CONFERRE). We vroegen hem om ons te spreken over de hedendaagse context van het religieuze leven. Hij situeerde het religieuze leven binnen het perspectief van het getuigen zijn waarbij het charisma een manier is om aan het evangelie een antwoord te geven. Wetend dat de werken die we verrichten het charisma niet afbakenen, nodigde hij ons uit om de zin van onze aanwezigheid als religieuzen te vinden in de plaatsen van de zending. Na een korte uitwisseling met p. Eduardo, verdiepten we ons in het zoeken van een gemeenschappelijke taal rond de thema’s: het erfgoed van de provincie, de spiritualiteit, het apostolaat y de nieuwe wijze van aanwezig zijn, het roepingenpastoraat, de bestuursstructuur en de financiën. Afgevaardigden naar het Generaal Kapittel Op zondag 26 februari werden de broeders Luico Torrres en Patricio Guentelican tot afgevaardigden gekozen. Tot plaatsvervanger werd Diego Izquierdo gekozen. Het beëindigen van de eerste kapittelsessie Het provinciaal kapittel bespreekt de voorstellen waartoe de constituties verplichten en anderen die toegezonden kunnen worden door elke broeder of groep broeders in de provincie. Behalve de voorstellen van de constituties zijn er nog geen anderen. De eerste voorstellen zullen besproken worden in de tweede zitting van het kapittel, dat plaats vinden zal in Buin op zaterdag 29 en zondag 30 april. Bij het beëindigen van de eerste sessie, danken we de Heer omdat we de indruk hebben dat Hij ons op weg begeleid heeft, en voor de broederlijke sfeer. We hopen dat de thema’s rijpen zullen met de bijdragen van allen, kapittelleden en niet kapittelleden, dat de agendacommissie ons helpen zal de thema’s verdiepend te bespreken en dat we goede beslissingen zullen kunnen nemen.
